RateRadar provides hotels with a daily competitor rate comparison report, and (for Premium subscribers, once available) account access for deeper analysis and rate management tools. Competitor rate data is sourced from third-party booking sites and is provided for general market awareness — we aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every rate shown is complete, current, or error-free.
Current plans, trial terms, and pricing are described on our pricing page and at sign-up. Trial terms (including how long a trial lasts and when, if ever, payment is taken) are as stated at the point of sign-up and may change for future sign-ups without affecting trials already in progress.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to access data or accounts you're not authorised to see, redistribute or resell reports or data obtained through the service to third parties, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the underlying systems.

The service is provided "as is." Competitor rate data and any recommendations are intended to inform, not replace, your own commercial judgement — we are not liable for pricing decisions made using the service.
